Dear Dancers

Hurrah!  The TLC Studio will be open again from Wednesday 2nd December as Southampton is in Tier 2.   It’s time to get some ‘TLC’ back into your life and we can’t wait to connect with you all again – there is such a buzz already on social media!  

Book NOW to bag your favourite class and tell all your dancing friends to meet you back at TLC!  We have a slightly different schedule as below – including a NEW Bachata Beginners course starting on Friday and Cha Cha for Beginners every Wednesday.  

We’ll be taking the same Covid-secure measures, as per Government guidelines.  Some of you have been asking about the ‘Rule of 6’ but this only applies to social gatherings and not those businesses running in Covid-secure venues like ours.

As there has been such a void of dance this year, we are planning to run classes until Friday 18 December, and then break for Christmas, so that we keep our dancers happy and sane for longer.

Mon – Friday  – 7-11 December

Penny will be bringing her lovely collection of dance shoes to TLC for a whole week!
Strictly by appointment only via Penny on: 07771 740983
and times can also be earlier if required.
There will be a large selection of shoes.  Some from the Far East but also lots by the British Company Topline. Penny also stocks replacement soles, shoe bags, fans, and the very popular slippy socks (these go over trainers or regular shoes to enable you to safely turn on the dance floor).
So come and treat yourself with an early Christmas present.
The ‘shoe shop’ will be open every evening Monday-Friday in the back hall and by appointment only so that we can keep our covid-secure status.

SALSA SOUTHAMPTON PRE-RECORDED VIDEO WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION

If you prefer to learn in your own time, at your own pace with the facility of rewinding as many times as you like (or fast forward!), then subscribe to our fantastic weekly subscription of pre-recorded classes either for Improvers or Advanced.  Both levels have a set of 4 videos released every Friday, where you can learn Salsa footwork, body movement, styling, technique, musicality, some Cha Cha & Bachata etc etc so that when we are ready to open as normal you are ready to rumble!!
The weekly subscription costs £8 (£5 NUS) and can be cancelled at any time.
