Start your new years’ resolutions with TLC and try something new for a NEW YOU in 2020!
If you have received one of our wonderful ‘Take 5’ vouchers, then perhaps :
      you LOVE Strictly or the thought of dancing and didn’t know how to start, or;
      you just need a boost to beat the Winter Blues, or;
you need to challenge the norm and spice up life at the start of the new year then this is perfect for you.
 
Tracie’s Latin Classes (TLC) is offering a unique opportunity for you to try 5 different styles of dance at the TLC studio in Southampton and then choose the one you prefer and enrol.
These are the 5 super styles of dance you can try & the dates you can attend:
Monday 6th January  –  Waltz & Quickstep – 7-8.45pm  – This is week 1 of a 3 week course
Tuesday 7th January  – Argentine Tango – 8-9.30pm – This is week 1 of a 4 week course
Wednesday 8th January – Cha cha – 7.15-8.15pm –  or you can attend on Wednesday 15th January
Thursday 9th January   –  Bachata – 7.15-8.15pm –  or you can attend on Thursday 16th January
Friday 10th January       – Salsa  8.30-9.30pm – A one off taster  
  
Please note, if you cannot attend any of the sessions, they cannot be refunded or transferred.

The prices to continue with the relevant courses etc are listed below.
With absolutely no dance experience and where we assume you know nothing about dance, you can join us and try some, or all 5 different dance styles on the different days above. All are taster classes, designed for Absolute Beginners and some are at the beginning of a Beginners course. There is no need for partners as we all dance together in our respective classes (while other levels are being taught at the same time with other teachers.)  However if you are with a partner and wish to stay together, that is equally fine, just let us know beforehand.

There is a very warm welcome and friendly vibe at all our classes and you’ll see how easy we can take your 2 left feet and give you back the right one with our expert teachers!

 
Be warned – dancing can be life changing and addictive – as said by so many of our students and here are just 3 who have emailed Tracie recently:

All you need to do:
Turn up on any of the dates above at the TLC Studio, St Barnabas Church Hall, Lodge Road, SO16 6QW  and we will have your name(s) listed on the register as having pre-paid
You can attend all or as many as you want on the specified dates, up to a total of 5

Please note, if you cannot attend any of the sessions, they cannot be refunded or transferred.
If you have made the order for yourself, you will be sent full joining instructions nearer the time, including what to wear, parking etc etc.
If you have been given the voucher as a gift, please email Tracie (see the About menu) to give us your email address and then we can send you full joining instructions nearer the time, including what to wear, parking etc etc.

 

Once you have made your decision as to which dance(s) you wish to continue with, you pay the relevant fee to continue with the course(s) which is listed below:

Ballroom Waltz & Quickstep  2 remaining weeks of the course on Mondays 13th & 20th January – £16 to continue
Argentine Tango 3 remaining weeks of the course on Tuesdays 14th January – 28th January – £30 for full course
Cha Cha you pay £5 cash each week you attend on Wednesdays (dates are Wednesday 15, 22 & 29 January)
Bachata £6 each week you attend on Thursdays.
Salsa £40 to book a 6 week course run by SalsaSouthampton
